Problem with my server surf

Hey guys, i need your help, i have some problems with my server surf. There are bot and round times. I enter commands : bot_quote 0 and there are again bot. Who can really help me on teamviewer for configure my server please ?

I using no bot, in game i see Bot Tom, Bot Uber, ... and when i kick them, they are again here at the next map..

So what? Eigther you use bots, then you can kick them. Or you do not use bots, so there cannot be any bots to kick.
To make it easier:
Post the result of the follwing commands into the server-console, please all of them COMPLETE and NOT EDITED.

I pay my server on a website this is not a server hosted on my computer
