Hello, I can't make this thing work on my CSGO server. I can add ban players to banned_user.cfg but the player can still enter the server after the file is executed.

e.g. in my banned_user.cfg:
banid 0 STEAM_0:1:9xxxxxxx


Last lines in my server.cfg is:

exec banned_user.cfg
exec banned_ip.cfg
writeid
writeip

Anyone can help ? Thank you.
