Maybe you can edit custom radio plugin instead modify the default. ;)

For me, this kind of radio is just annoying.
Anyway, you can block the current radio message and have it print your own custom spam.

I have seen this kind of plugin or at least its kind alike in the newplugin submission.
You may edit it to you own test.
