I see the problem as the giant command only changes your scale and model but the game itself doesn't consider you as a giant so you are slowed down when carrying the bomb and your footsteps are not allowed to change.

Because you don't have miniboss attribute as the giants do also it gives immunity to stun.

Also could you make the bomb work for players in blu because i have seen somewhere that the bomb doesn't count you (player) as valid bot so the buff meter doesn't go up

The footsteps doesn't work because you have used float instead of integrer

There is none footstep index with 3.0
But there is index 3 ONLY
So use it like this
new pyrofootstep = 3;
TF2Attrib_SetByName(client, "override footstep sound set", pyrofootstep);

This is a pretty nifty plugin. Is there a way to disable the LOOK AT ME I JOINED MACHINE NOW EVERY NON-ADMIN SPAM !ROBOT notification when you use the command?

Comment out the PrintToChatAll() function call that has that message on it and then recompile the plugin.

Another option is to assign an admin flag to the join blu command to prevent that from happening.
