When the round starts (3 players min), a murderer and a cop are chosen.
A murderer must kill all survivors and find the cop to win.
The survivors must find the items to get a weapon and kill the murderer among the innocent.

This sounds like TTT in Garry's mod.

I think it's based on Gamemode in Garry's Mod with same name 'Murder'
I haven't played myself much on Murder servers but i belive that it's like different version of TTT

This plugin already exists on Gmod but this isn't exactly the same.
