My rtv and nominate commands are not working with my zombie reloaded plugin, the zombie reloaded plugin works fine, but the rtv plugin does not AND... I have checked the plugins folder in sourcemod its there. Why won't it work?

I discourage downloading those because they doesn't provide the complete plugin source. Source is missing for nominations and rockthevote plugins.
