Hey, so my server doesn't want to work properly since the 5/15 update. The update from 5/19 didn't help either. I was able to update properly and the server launches just fine, but now it won't show up on the master list anymore. No one is able to connect to it, "Sever is not responding." The server name just shows the IP and port. Of course I can see and join it using lan since it's my server. The weird thing is that it changes maps specified in mapcycle on its own, even with no one in the server. This happens at random times, but mostly around 5 minutes. I've tried reinstalling steamcmd and only updating it. No plugins, custom content or sourcemod. The same issue happens.

The server is MvM, has the latest sourcemod & metamod snapshot, runs in Windows 7 64-bit and yes, I have opened the required ports. I had 0 problems running it before the update, it got lots of daily traffic. I decided to check sourcemod and metamod snapshots for updates, I noticed there were and installed them. This made no difference. I'll post my update files, launch file, logs, ect and see if you guys can help me.
