What does this plugin do?
It gives the initiator and partner of a highfive certain buffs.
Edit: This plugin works for all partner taunts now, not just the highfive.

sm_highfiveCooldown - The length of time a player has to wait to perform a power highfive.sm_highfiveConditions - The conditions and durations you want applied when a power highfive is performed.

Using it is simpler than you might think!
Setting the sm_highfiveCondtions CVAR to crits 11.0;speed 15.0;healing 1.25 produces the following results: Crits for 11 seconds, Speed for 15 seconds, and 1.25 seconds of health regeneration!
It even allows numeric condition flags, which means you can use ones not listed here.

Installation Instructions:
Click highfivepowers.smx below and download the .smx file. Do not download highfivepowers.sp unless you are a developer or you want to compile the plugin yourself. This plugin relies on the great MoreColors by Dr. McKay, and will fail to compile using the online compiler.
Move highfivepowers.smx to your sourcemod/pluginsfolder.
If your server is currently running type sm plugins load highfivepowers.

Interesting plugin maybe have it per chance rather than on cooldown? prehaps.
Well, if you're talking about balancing it, that's up to you. You have the ability to change every buff and the cooldown time.
The issue with putting it on a chance is that the highfive already has enough drawbacks; in combat you have to find a safe place to use it, you have to use it with a friend. It leaves you stunned for long enough. I suppose if you wanted to make the chance high it wouldn't be as bad but the cooldown is just to prevent spamming of the plugin. It could come in especially useful if say your spawn was getting camped and you needed to stop the spawn camping.
why I don't have any effect, is it my probelm?
I set sm_highfiveConditions gaint 10.0; or sm_highfiveConditions crits 10.0;
no any effect aftrer high five, and I havn't re-compile, just DL your highfivepowers.smx,
and suggestion for me? thank you
