[REQ] Edit on a player votes plugin.

Hi

Can someone edit this plugin for me?

This plugin doesn't save the votebans if someone reconnects to the server, which is really annoying.
Example, someone has 6/7 votebans, he rejoins to the server, and his bans are clear again (0/7), and everyone has to voteban him again, and once again the same story, he rejoins.

Is there someone who can and want to do this? friend says i have to ask you to use ATD_Arrays to save the votebans for at least 10 minutes after someone left.

Maybe in next feature.
I can still votes by using SteamID, but it will use more RAM, than now.

For example, store all votes for 1 player, every player which vote for kick or etc (for this player).

1 player -> all SteamIDS which vote for...
after reconnect these votes still for map.
