    Adds specific killicons to the game, including some of the NeoDement's killicons pack..

    This plug-in will add several, more specific killicons, notably some of the NeoDement's Killicons pack (and the others who helped him, credits to all of them of course) that couldn't be implemented in the game.

    FEATURES:

    Every added killicons are shown in the image.
    Basically, this makes killicons be more specific to the weapon used.
    For example, in default config, backstabs kills all have the same killicon, so players seeing it can't tell if it was done with a kunaļ, a big earner, or even a vanilla knife.
    With this plugin, you'll instantly know what knife has been used, just by having a look at the killicon. And this works for sniper rifles, demo and spy taunt kills etc.
    Also, you will enjoy special killicons such as Scorch Shot taunt kill, Sentry buster kill etc.

    Additional note: you are FREE to contribute to this plugin: you can upload some specific killicons that you want to be added to the game, I'll implement it (well, i'll try ). This must be a .vtf or a .png, with the correct dimensions.

    You should put source code of your plugin
    Alliedmodders Policy requires you to include source code with your plugin or it will be removed fortunely or unfortunely

    You are required by the GPL to release the source of the plugin. This isn't just Alliedmods forum policy.

    Also, this mod seems to be partially client-side
    It might not work well for people without client-side modification part installed

    Sorry for the source code, I thought I put it in the zip. It's in the download zone now.

    By the way, I added the support for client-side files that needs to be downloaded, but this needs more testing with dedicated servers.

    There is no real reason to have the .smx the only time you would attach one is when the plugin has custom includes needed but atm, it compiles fine with the getplugin link.

    Yeah, I just put everything in the zip, so people can unzip/merge directly into their tf folder, without getting errors or whatever.


    About the IFs, I tried to make some switches but, well, too many parameters to specify.

    I mean, if I write something like "switch(iCustom)" at the beginning of the death event, I can't use another switch for specific item definition indexes, specific death names etc.

    Not sure i understand how this works, seems like a one time thing, once the client downloads mod_textures from te server it would be there until the client removes it, which means even if you wanted to change a texture for a killicon you couldn't after they use this.

    Actually, I'd be surprised if that even works since client mods are only read from the client's custom/ directory, but downloaded files are put in the downloads/ directory (except sprays, which are put in the download/ directory).
