Since I am absolute begginer with amxx and pawn I can`t help him to make something new.
Okay, I can make cs maps (I guess you thought help him this way), but I do not have so much spare time, but I believe that there are many mappers that would be glad to try, f.i. twhl community, they make brilliant maps ;)
Answer on first question, if Nax0ne would post information about how this mod works in maps, like entities and things they do, it is possible to remake these maps and make them compatable (some kind of map porting), by using bspedit if maps are simple and there is not complex geometry, that makes those NPC players buggy, or by decompileing maps... and edit them with Hammer, but decompiled maps in most cases just make big headache

* Is there any natives, or something like that? You could make this as base plugin, that allows many side modiffications, like in zombie plague, where can be added plugins with shop menus and other stuff that people minds can think
EDIT: Do not remove points, they are cool, and if you die and respawn with 0$ and usp, there is not chance to win with out them
