Night and day + Vote + Fastskychange 1.1!

This plugin allowes you to change the whole level to night and day
It makes a vote after 75 seconds from mapstart.
It changes the sky WITHOUT restarting the map
I know it is made But at the other plugins you NEED to restart the map for a skychange, and there is no vote.

On/Off cvar: sv_daynight
Make a vote: amx_voteday

I wanted to keep this for personal use but i changed my mind, have fun with it!

Code:

Version 1.00: First release.
Version 1.01: Fixed: if no one votes, it becomes night. ( day now )
Version 1.1: added pcvar for amxx 1.70 or higher

Note:
AMXX 1.70 or higher needed!
I can recommand to turn mp_flashlight to 1

Cool on the vote idea. a suggestion is add a cvar changing how dark the map is if the vote returns yes.

Well,
set_light("a") completly dark
set_light("b") is what i use now.
set_light("c") is clear like morning...

I thought night+day as though it had a cycle that changed through light settings. This is pretty lame in itself and has a misleading title. Please code a cycle.

Cycles have been done in numerous plugins before. The only difference about this plugin is it doesn't have cycles and it incorporates votes into the plugin as well.

Yes, I had some other day/night plugins that you set manually, wich agret you can get, but I like this one to do a vote to see what people want. And its only day and night. The only thing I dont like is that sometimes my map goes for an hour and everybody who like night leaves and other people dont like it.

Edit:

If nobody votes, it goes to night. I looked at the sma but it would be nice to have it goto day if nobody does anything voting wise.

I didn't mean set the day/night manually, I meant it cycles through different times of day, people should be able to pick it as a voting option.
