There has been no significant changes to the compiler since it was loaded into Mercurial other than the 64-bit removal and OSX support (which likely doesn't change the actual plugin binary).

so local windows (may be linux) amxx 1.8.2 version dropped 64bit
why forum compiler still compile in 32 and 64bit?
to lazy?

The forum compiler is still using the 1.8.1 binary but probably with the 1.8.2 includes
