Hi, this plugin is extracted from a plugin of Danny_L4D (here). So its not my work, i just extracted the kill command. His Version is now Updated and provides better features. It has also the option to disable parts.

What is the Plugin about?

A very simple plugin to allow you to kill yourself

How does it work?

Just type !kill in chat to kill yourself


It also prints a message to all players, explaining the command

1.1 - Added two other versions for Infected or Survivor Only, try to merge it to one plugin

Why not just use the built in kill command in the console?

Im just a newbie at Sourcemod and saw the Plugin from Danny, but only needed the kill part. Didnt know there was another way, to enable it to clients.
And if you meant open the console and type a kill there, I think its faster to type !kill in chat. Also many people havent bound the console.

I confirm that this plugin works perfectly fine on L4D2, too. I also report that the message is not really necessary, but luckily it's easy to edit it out.

!explode ( sm_explode ) is an admin command, remove it from syntax so that admins who try to !explode a player won't kill themselves.

I wonder if it can be expanded a bit to:

Enable to set your own message, (because I see lots of people just typing !kill right away after they see it. The message should be less direct and suggestive.
