There's actually a CS:GO plugin for this that I was working with PimpinJuice on before the official release of GO. HPE had the reigns removed from them in July, and it's been Valve on the game since. I've given up on the game, but you're welcome to try the plugin on GO. It should also work on CS:S, but I haven't tried it.

VIP Models and Maps
Guys, do you have any links to CS Source AS_Maps? I can only find one map that works as_hiekka!?
Also how to set the VIP Model? "vip_vipmodel batman.cfg" as long as batman.cfg is in the /addons/sourcemod/config/vip folder?

Ok, took me a while but I got this to work ;)

I added this plugin to get Assisination/VIP Maps to work and stop the server from crashing!

The package contains a set of maps that work well, the last 2 maps did not work for me.
Also here are a bunch of additional maps that I have not tried yet?

All the skin downloads need to be listed in the Models.cfg file detailed in this forum.

You need both plugins! Once configured you can set this up under your adminmenu_custome.txt to change VIP Skins during each round!

If you can get the VIP mod made by L.Duke to work, then you are clearly running a no steam server.
That mod got broke way back when the Orangebox update came out.

It is running on our server, guess I got Lucky!
We have 10 skins downloaded and running, just added Super Mario ;)

It is a STEAM SERVER: 68.232.182.79
Type: "!nominate" in chat
Select as_italy etc.
Type: "rtv"

Enjoy ;)

Well as I can see you are running the vipmod (vip_gamemode_version "1.2.3") from this thread, and not the metamod plugin you linked

And there is no such thing as luck when it comes to metamod plugins or any other plugins for that mather that uses different signatures and stuff.
The Orangebox update completely broke that metamod plugin of the vipmod.
Which means that you will never get it to run on the current version of the game, unless the plugin itself gets updated.

And why pretty much no one is running with this, is because KyleS never really finished this plugin.

Any advice on how to take an existing CS Source Map, say de_inferno, and change it to a VIP Map?
I have no idea on map building!? I love this MOD by the way, thanks ;)

Excellent, so I am now creating AS_Maps and I have De_Inferno and De_Piranesi as VIP Maps.
The only problem is the Terrorists still have the bomb? How do you disable the bomb/remove the bomb? I tried this MOD: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=1771777
But it does not unload correctly and there are no CVARs to turn it on or off?
I will share this information with you guys once I have figured it out. Thanks again to "Bicardi" with his advice on this ;)

Here is my as_inferno.cfg

mp_restartgame 3

These lines have to be commented out of the vipmod.cfg

Finally when exiting the VIP Modded Map you need to run the following before moving on:

This Entry needs to be in your server.cfg file: (so that your regular maps do not have the Bomb removed)

sm plugins unload ObjectiveRemover.smx
sm plugins unload removec4.smx
sm plugins load_lock

Also here is the config file for as_resident_evil.cfg, for some reason it did not have the vip_escapezone configured?
