I have installed the plugin right and have all the correct settings but I get the error "Error Connecting"? How do I fix this?

If all the settings are correct, probably the mysql database you are using doesn't allow external connections. It's common to this happen on free host but I never heard about a paid web host that doesn't allow external connections on mysql dbs.

First of all, what do you mean "Error connecting?"
There are 2 problems that can be related to that, 1 being the web panel can't connect to game server other involves connection to mysql.

Check the MySQL user in phpmyadmin. Is the user you are trying to connect as set as "username@localhost", or "username@%". % == all hosts
