Do you have a website for your community / server
LGSL is a tool that hooks HL protocol to php so you can make these exact things for your website showing players in server , how many are in server , map name , Connect button using steam://connect/xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:27015 so people can click it and loads up cs and joiins player to server all automatically., shows a picture preview of current map and few other things
Its not a plugin on AM its from here
http://www.greycube.com/site/download.php but since the steam update valve changed something protocol related and you have to manually edit some code which I have saved somewhere but cant remember where , ill get back to you with updated protocols if you want to use this.
*Edit nope cant seem to find them but you can always follow support on there forum , i found this thread that stated it may be your webhosting that is blocking ports that it needs to make the connection and that you need to ask your webhost to unblock them
