How do I create a master server? I understand that there are some files, where they download and how you get on vps.

If I'm reading this right, is this for non-steam, if so then goodbye, if not then explain in ENGLISH what you want to not use Valve's master server like everyone else does.

What is the point of creating a Master Server if HLDS doesn't even let you add additional Master Servers?
