Can someone tell me what code to input to the default mapchooser plugin that sends a chat or hint menu prior to the vote.

I am aware Mapchooser Extended does this, but I am not really looking for any additional functionality aside from the ability to notify users that a vote is about to be posted for the next map.

Sorry to hijack this thread, but I'm new here and unable to start a new one. For some reason sm_votemap_startround "2" does not work with the default mapchooser included in the sourcemod 1.6 for CS:GO. If someone could point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated because it's driving me nuts.

I've tried the following variations in my game server and competitive mode files: ( sm_votemap_startround "2" / sm_votemap_startround "2.0" / sm_votemap_startround 2 / sm_votemap_startround 2.0 )

So far nothing has worked, but the plugin definitely works because sm_votemap initiates a map vote when entered in the console.

The stock MapChooser doesn't handle mp_match_can_clinch among other things. This overrides mp_maxrounds which MapChooser uses to determine when to hold the startround vote.

Thanks, any suggestions on how I could get something like this to work for CS:GO?

Thanks for trying to help. I managed to get the standard valve map voting to work correctly, so I'm just going to run that for the moment.

I already implemented it into MapChooser Extended 1.10, but it's also affected by the startrounds cvar... I may change that behavior, though.
