Well it still doesnt fix it.. i know the last major update needed offsets changed to 420/421 ... perhaps they changed again?..

Yes, it does. I works on mine server. Make sure you updated values for the right game.

You have to find in your admin_levels.cfg what's the flag for level cheats.

how can i change from

to

Simply do what you've just done. But make sure that you write flag with capital letters.
