I think only a cracker, a user that does not read any license terms, agreements and information or that does not own any valid license may do that.
Did you ever hear of programs running without your permission? That's why Windows created Smart Screen and User Account Control protections. If you don't speak English good enough, then try install your programs using your language.
No antivirus required. Do not trust any kind of publisher other than Microsoft, in my opinion. I always find crashes in other publishers, but only Microsoft did an almost perfect job.

AVG does a much better than KIS and Avira. Not to mention its free version is better than most free antiviruses as well as those of which that are paid for.

As for the OP deleting things after finding "viruses", hopefully you aren't making it worse.
