Server Restart v2.2

Description
This plugin is basically an extension of mysticssjgoku4's server shutdown, which is very limited and hardcoded (although it does work). It also logs when admins use it, and displays messages according to your amx_show_activity cvar.

Commands
amx_restart (seconds 1-20) - will restart the server in (seconds), counting down along the way. Serverdoc or any autorestarting tool is not needed for this, it will restart on it's own. Clients will also reconnect.

amx_shutdown (seconds 1-20) - will shut down the server in (seconds), counting down along the way. This will shut the server down entirely unless you have serverdoc or another autorestarting tool. Clients will not reconnect.

Restart - you do not need serverdoc to restart it, it'll restart on it's own. Also, all users will reconnect.

Shutdown - no one will reconnect, and the server will be completely down unless you have serverdoc.

Love the idea, testing on my servers now. Tested it on an empty Win2k3 server running a 1.3 DoD server as a Windows Service with AMXX 1.5 and 1.18 Metamod.

I will test on my busy server later.

Thanks for the confirmation! I only tested it for each command once with time set to 10 seconds.

Hmm, doesn't seem to do anything here.

It just counts down (skips the one during countdown aswell) and then nothing..
The only thing i adjusted was that the access needed wasn't ADMIN_BAN to ADMIN_RCON.

Loggins in the console shows that i used the shutdown option aswell, although i clearly stated amx_restart 20 in the console.

The restart function is just reloading the map the server does not quit and "restart" the rcon cmd "restart" reloads only the map, if you want a real restart then amx_rcon quit/rcon quit/ whatever to do a quit
