Deleting Duplicate Tanks

Details: Currently there is a way in L4D just realized that you can spawn 2 tanks, as opposed to 1 when you are chosen as tank - Obviously this is extremely unbalanced and it's only applicable to Rotoblin gamemodes, the tank dies if it is a passed to a bot, HOWEVER on a public roto config the tank does NOT die when a bot gets it and the infected team can be at full strength with a bot tank
Need: *please PM to know how its done* means a bot tank spawns, if this bot tank could be killed immediately that'd be wonderful, i propose the plugin check ontankspawn if there is another tank active, on certain maps where there is no possible way to have 2 tanks, immedietly kill the bot and punish the player by banning for a configurable amount of time, but on maps where 2 tanks 'could' be possible like finales or The Sacrifice, add extra checks to make sure the bot tank is killed accordingly
Simply needs to punish players that do it by banning for a configurable amount of time, and correctly delete the extra bot tank that is spawned, thank you
Edit: you need to pm me to know how it is done most likely, in order to correctly fix
