Which versions of Sourcemod and metamod work with Windows Left 4 Dead 2 Dedicated Server and Windows Left 4 Dead 2 Listen Server ?

released versions for dedicated server.
Listen servers alias player-games not supported anymore, ever.

Latest versions of Sourcemod 1.5.1 and Metamod 1.10.0 work with dedicated servers.

Latest version of Sourcemod 1.5.1 and version 1.9.2 of Metamod work with listen servers.
