Well there is such a thing but it's neither easy nor pretty. Instead, try posting a request for a plugin (or look around for a plugin) that does the things that this one does.

and uses that to make glows and the system to also use RGB--check the glows.txt for examples(This was from another serverusing AdminMod)And also could this make it where you say glow NAME and then if wanted glow rgb1 1,1,1 rgb2,1,1,1 so on . . .I'm not a big fan on scripting, i just suggest and edit some

No, it goes from AMX to ASM. That isn't an AMX to SMA converter.

It not worth doing. It take forever to do. You rather try to request for someone to remake the plugin with a description on what it does. I'm in the processing of trying to do one. I been working on it for 2 weeks so far. I think I only go 1/4 of it done. I probably will give up sooner or later.
