I need to find a plugin that allows me to display the MoTD for an amount of time at the end of a round, rather than when you join the server.

If something for this exists, I can't find it. Help?

There is no end game MoTD like when you first join; however, you could use the NotifyMOTD and modify it to display at the end of the round.
