BTW guys, while you are talking, do you think this processor is good for 31 slots hosting? My net speed is just fine (just don't ask because dl speed 50 MB/s and upload 25MB/s). Tell me your ideas.

I did lot of search and creating threads on random forums, but the only solution it to buy new one.
my mother board name: GA-P31-ES3G

You motherboard can support up to 4GB of RAM, see QVL for compatible modules and also update your BIOS to the latest one.

Is your 1GB module in the qualified vendor list? What are it's voltages?

As you can see on his screenshot the ram module is detected, but it isn't useable by windoof.
