You could use CollisionHook with CH_ShouldCollide.

Okay so, standing on dynamic props that are spawned after a client has joined the server causes them to have no CSP, but if they were spawned before the client joins the server, the collision is normal. Is there a way to cause the collision to be reset/broadcast to clients?

I saw these but didn't know what they did, or how to use them , though might be completely unrelated to this problem:

native Handlehys_CreateFrictionSnapshot(entity);
native boolhys_IsFrictionSnapshotValid(Handle:snap shot);
native boolhys_NextFrictionData(Handle:snapshot);

Nope, stuff has been working consistently with no changes throughout the last weeks.
