Have tried re-downloading the steam associated files? Such as the directory for the steam folder (not game folder)? Worth a shot.

This may be purely CentOS related, as I have had many problems with it.

According to a thread over on the SourceMod boards, one of the recent CS:GO updates removed a .so file it shouldn't have. No idea if a more recent update has fixed it, as I don't run a CS:GO server or subscribe to [email protected]
