Bug 1: The time limit spawns set via the .cfg are not enforcing the spawn times properly all the time, for example the SI (speical infected) will spawn under the min 25 or max 35 sec spawn times. And no i have not adjusted the cfg option that adjusts the spawn timers depending on gamemode or number of players etc i left that as 0 (disabled).
Bug 2: if i use -

After killing the the Special infected and the timers are at zero, no more Special infected spawn again, this happens about %50 of the maps (not custom maps but standard maps campaign maps)
