Please simply attach the .sp

The "get plugin" button will magically appear. No need to burden users with a .zip.

EDIT :

Also, you need to use AddCommandListener when checking what the users says. A lot of old plugins already do what you did and RegConsoleCmd wasn't created in that intent. It is also said in RegConsoleCmd's online doc.

You should also remove FCVAR_REPLICATED, as it can gives error in clients' console.

With a little twist of your code, you could make it work on all plugins (undef REQUIRE_EXTENSIONS before #include <cstrike>).

Also, as micazoid said, it would be a good idea to put a translation file. See wiki or other plugins for more info/example.

and plugins give warning when compiling

and you don't need to #include <cstrike>, you then won't need to attach .smx

and when printing to chat use %t not %T
