Hi all, I want to tell you about one bug in SM. From some update, the mapcycle.txt file is saved at the 'cfg' folder instead of root 'tf' folder, so SM is generating some errors. More accurately this:
Code:
L 06/23/2013 - 20:08:28: [nextmap.smx] FATAL: Cannot load map cycle. Nextmap not loaded.
L 06/23/2013 - 20:08:28: [SM] Plugin encountered error 25: Call was aborted
L 06/23/2013 - 20:08:28: [SM] Native "SetFailState" reported: Mapcycle Not Found
L 06/23/2013 - 20:08:28: [SM] Displaying call stack trace for plugin "nextmap.smx":
L 06/23/2013 - 20:08:28: [SM]   [0]  Line 138, C:\builds\build-sourcemod\win32-1.5\build\plugins\nextmap.sp::FindAndSetNextMap()
L 06/23/2013 - 20:08:28: [SM]   [1]  Line 108, C:\builds\build-sourcemod\win32-1.5\build\plugins\nextmap.sp::OnConfigsExecuted()
I think it's necessary to fix that. Then there's question how to fix this for a moment, does this will have some effect, when I'll place mapcycle.txt to the old position or it will have only placebo effect for fixing errors?

Thanks for your help, albru.

i dont know when sourcemod folks will get around to fixing this issue but you can do this to fix it

in server.cfg put
Code:
mapcyclefile "cfg/mapcycle.txt"
at the bottom and make sure your mapcycle.txt is actually in /tf/cfg
