Hey guys,
I have created html code for printing some rules in a motd.
I use these codes:
.txt File Code:
Code:
<html>
<body>
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0; URL=website blah blah">
<body scroll="yes">
</meta>
</body>
</html>
And in sma i use this
Code:
show_motd(id, "info.txt", "Server Rules")

But the problem is that when i scroll down, the page don't reload and it stucks. I can press/select in there but i cannot scroll down to see the whole page... Please help to fix this if it's possible...

Using directly a website address, like:

PHP Code:
#include <amxmodx>

new p_Address;

public
plugin_init()
{

register_plugin("Motd",AMXX_VERSION_STR,"Amxx Dev Team");

p_Address register_cvar("amx_url","http://amxmodx.org");

register_clcmd("amx_motd","cmdMotd");
}

public
cmdMotd(id)
{
    new
szString[256// Long Address maybe?

get_pcvar_string(p_Address,szString,charsmaX(szString));

show_motd(id,szString,charsmax(szString),"Amx Mod X");

the problem is not that the website is not showing up, but i cannot scroll down...

Test first in any website, after this be sure that you are using a updated client version, in the Steam for example, the motd have a complete and functional scroll system.

Your HTML code is incorrect, body goes after meta

@oxygen935, what is the webpage that you are trying to show. Post the URL or attach the HTML.

More importantly, meta goes in the head section:

HTML Code:
<html>
<head>
<meta stuff>
</head>
<body>
</body>
<html>
