How can I get clients path of his Counter Strike (hlds).

e.g. I have my hlds launcher in C:\Program Files\Something\hlds.exe

How can I get this path, maybe using pawn, if not possible using pawn, maybe php could solve this?

Simply tell your clients that they need to modify their hud.txt file in order to experience the server the way you want them to

^this.

You can ask the players via a menu if they want these sprites and print a download link into their console to download the hud.txt, otherwise it's slowhacking which isn't supported here.
