My server kept crashing on the second round of a game I went to the error logs and I found this :

I've set the file as well as the directories permission to 777 and it still doesn't work any ideas?
I've completely reinstalled it and it works perfectly now

I realize that you have already solved your issue, however for someone else, maybe try making sure that permissions as well as file ownership is right. The file/folder may have been owned by another user.
