I'm looking for someone that can make a plugin where you can make a donator/admin group and say what they can and cant use, as far as plugins go atleast.

And can someone make a donator/admin only self-made tags, like
sm_tag [color] [tag]

would anyone be bored enough to try this?

Also, can someone make a plugin where you type like

sm_flash [filename] [player]

it will flash the file found in the special directory folder on the players screen
