hello there as we all know we can exec .cfg in console to execute cfg's
but is there any other commands to exec .bat file or.cmd/.exe files with console
and if not is there any other way (with amxmodx) to exec this type of files?

Though it is not possible as the engine doesn't allow us to do so. BTW what is your motive to execute batch files on client ?

i saw on 1 russian server it shows a motd and when we click on the dl button/link it shows one program to install custom files like removing old knife and putting new knife models/sounds etc so that no need to precache them

If that is actually how it works, it has nothing to do with the game. The MOTD is a webpage and is not handled by the game engine (and therefore not handled by AMX Mod X).

Also that idea is retarded because you're going to replace your own files, therefore having them on all servers.
