amx map crashes the server with certain maps

i cannot use the amx map command to change all the maps alos the rcon changelevel doesnt work
i can change the maps de_inferno,de_nuke,de_train but it dosnt work with de_dust2,de_minidust2,awp_india awp4one,etc it worked before but now it doesnt
i replaced the maps but it still doesnt work
whenever i type amx_map de_dust2 or awp_india or awp4one or rcon changelevel de_dust2 it crashes the server
when i type amx_map de_minidust2,it shows an error on connect bad command character in client command or something like that
please help

1.Learn how to use the edit button.
2.We do not support non-steam servers.
3.Remove dproto then update your server. Read this.
