msybe it's made for another version of zp. try it in zp 4.3 and/or zp 5.x
also, try to update your amxx if you are using an older version.

[32] to [33] cause maxplayers is 32 and last array index in 32 cell vector is 31, you need 32 so you need to increase array +1;

Make sure you are encoding the file as UTF-8 without BOM

i removed first comment block and all ok...

also I chnaged arrays size form 32 to 33 (maxplayers is 32 so array size should be 33)
