you have a model, and you want to change its pic ? ok !
  1. export the original .bmp file that you want to change somewhere in your pc.
  2. check its size (for example 500 x 605 pixels).
  3. resize the new picture that you want to use with the same size (500 x 605 pixels).
  4. it must be a .bmp with a low resolution: 8 bits (256 colors).
  5. export the new resized picture to your model.
  6. re-read all my previous posts, including the links.
  7. halleluja, it's finally working .
