I have little probs, player spawn scout, have snipe with 99 ammo but when fire, no railgun and no kill :-(

Do i understand that the plugin is dead due to game updates? Actually, running it on a vanilla server + last stable MM and SM and last TF2Items doesn't show up the sniper rifle as long as the player is alive. FPS view is OK though! I tried tInstagib too, still the same.
