Is there a way to get the Item's Color (if it's Painted)?

Nope. As longer as it is impossible to get attributes of existed item.

Leo, never remove natives! You should have kept in all the removed natives and deprecated them (e.g. for GetNamedItem/GiveNamedItem, throw an error saying NOT SUPPORTED but otherwise let it compile properly, or, in the case of GetItemSlot, have it internally return the same as what you did for the revised giveweapon).

Woot, stuff's back!

Question, though: for properties such as TF2II_PROP_VINTAGE and the ones of the other qualities, does that mean the item can be vintage/unusual/whatever other quality?

items could have not only one quality. not just only one. see TF2IBWR's code as an example.
also, fyi information is based on /data/tf2itemsinfo.txt which's updating manually.

Except stock items (items 0 - 30 and 735), which only have the stock quality.
