Hi,

We are currently having an issue with the mpbhops.smx plugin, since the latest CS:S update.

On our server, and it seems to be our server alone other server owners we have spoken to dont have this issue, the platforms are now bugged. It seems as if multihop is bugged in some way.

On maps where multi hop is not allowed (i.e. jumping on the same platform more than once is not allowed) the blocks will sink after being jumped on meaning that after a player has started the jump, players behind cannot start until the block has raised back up again. Also a player cannot jump from one block to the next and then back again, they get tele'd as the block has sunk down. In addition it is annoying to jump from platforms that are changing height.

Was wondering if this is an issue that others are having or that anyone could give us some help with?

Here is a status list of all our plug ins and it shows that this one is working correctly, but yet we still have this bug;

Hello, I think the recent css update broke this plugin. People can just stand on the blocks and it doesn't teleport them back if they just stay on a block

This does unfortunately seem to be the case.

Edit: Make sure you're running the latest STABLE MetaMod:Source, SourceMod, and SDKHooks. They require a gamedata update. Run your server once and restart it.

That ended up fixing it for me.

FYI: Seems to work fine on CS:GO and the one map I've seen out there - bhop_eazy_csgo

Yes, me too. But weirdly it gets disabled somehow on some maps (the blocks go down).

I can fix that problem by going to console and typing mpbhops_enabled 0 and then mpbhops_enabled 1, that fixes it. I don't know why it does it though

Does it happen on any specific maps vodka00?

or is it something like every map after the first?

It happens randomly I believe. Sometimes it happens to the same map, sometimes it works on that map. Also, I am not 100% sure that this is because of this plugin, but on some maps some blocks get glitched and when people try to jump on them it instantly teleports them back.

I am not completely sure but I think it happens on same maps that mpbhops randomly stops working, right after I toggle the mpbhops_enable command to re-enable it. Maybe it's because it reenables right as soon as someone jumps and it gets stuck in that place?
