How do I go about updating gamedata shavit? Isn't it in the releases of the Source Mod snapshots? Or is there another way/file I can use to update it?

Add command !dmg , for example
dead or alive CT enters this command and it shows who he attacked for that round
alive or dead T enters this command and it shows who attacked him from CT.
This will help avoid a lot of controversy.
For example, if T says that he freedamage, CT can not prove otherwise, because not remember who hurt and who is not.
And if you enter !dmg, then I can look at and make sure that I did not touch him

Please use the hosties.phrases.txt files that are bundled with the release ZIP, not your own. The error occurs because you use another hosties.phrases.txt file in your sourcemod/translations/ru/ folder (for Russian translations).

EDIT: Sorry, it seems that all translations except English has vanished away in the 2.1.0 release ZIP. I'll get that fixed.

Hey guys, I believe I have this installed correctly, however I really am having a hard time understanding the GameModes_Server.txt file that I have to create, is there any good way of doing this, or any tutorial yet on how to set this up correctly? I can not seem to make it work and I am 90% sure its on my end.

The ZIP archive on the first page (and on the ZIP mirror) has been updated with proper translations and .smx files that really should match up with the source code. Use it if you have issues. It's still version 2.1.0 though.
