Remove the alive checks in the menu's handler. Make the menu availabe only for the alive players.

Can you do it by yourself? Im not at the best at scripting.

The reason you got errors is you forgot few } in the handler function, tho I can't see the point of using the alive check in the handler. Anyways, you can make the menu only for the alive players with the if( is_user_alive( id ) ) check before create it.

it will fk up if player opens the menu while alive and chooses something while dead
also maxspeed of a player is changed when player switches weapons/zooms in with a weapon

Yep, it will throw runtime error, tho I think its not the best method to check if the user is alive in each case. Anyways, if he use chat message which says the menu is only available for the alive players, they will not play with the menu, umm there should be check for the health, if the user's health is like 20-30 the menu should be blocked.
