Version of SM compatible with TF2items?

So, I was using SM 1.4.4 and installed tf2items and bot weapon randomizer. Server was crashing as soon as someone joined server. Same for bots. So what version of SM do you use if tf2items works?
Also if you tried running bwr.

You need SourceMod 1.4.5-hg3536 or newer to prevent admin menu crashes, TF2Items hg230 or newer to prevent other item weirdness, and the latest Randomizer gamedata to prevent crashes.

Works. Thanks. When I first installed SourceMod 1.4.5-hg3536 it didnt worked. Then I figured out then I need metamod(forgot to install, I knew I need it) then still I needed metamod.vdf. Then worked. Thanks again!
