Description: Set target(s) cash for Mann vs Machine mode


Cvars:
sm_setcash_version "1.1.0"


Commands:
sm_setcash "target" "amount"
sm_addcash "target" "amount"
sm_removecash "target" "amount"
Note: Should one of the commands result in negative cash, cash will be set to 0.

Example Usage:
sm_setcash @me 1000
sm_setcash @all 0
sm_addcash @red 10000
sm_removecash ThatGuy 1337

I think there is an achievement for acquiring one million cash but your cash limit is capped at 32767. Is that the maximum the game will allow to be held at once?
