Hi Gamers!
I want to ask that how can I add a banner to the Fast Downloading Screen? There is a place to add a banner in it and I have seen many servers do it so I know that it can be done without any plugins or use of force (slow hacking).
Searching did not return much help as almost all of the posts relating to banners were of the banners in the loading screen or while spectating.
I was able to find one though:

But it did not work. I don't know if I did something wrong or the information about the banner stated in that thread is wrong. I have a feeling that the info is wrong as most of the images used by the game are of the format TGA not GIF.
This is not much of a big deal but still is cool. This is the only banner place I find which does not change our game files, the rest all leave the banners permanent or leave the screen dimensions changed.
Any kind of help will be appriciated.
