As for L4D/L4D2 and spectators, I thought most votes were restricted to a specific team?

To be honest, when I wrote this API, it was aimed more at TF2. The L4D and L4D2 parts were added on due to how similar they were.
I see. When you are a spectator, and you rejoin the spectator team, you are moved to team 3 (infected) and then to team 1 (spec) very fast, but if you spam "vote Yes" your vote will count.

Well, this lets the plugin decide which players are valid for votes when it starts the vote, the extension having shortcuts for All players, a single team, and All non-spectator players.

Sorry to bring this up again but what is the CSGO status?

I'm working on a new version of this that moves it from being an extension to being a plugin.

CS:GO is on my list of games to support; in fact, I've already pulled out all the translation strings I need for it.

Unfortunately, other time constraints are making this take longer than I'd like.

Looking forward to the CS:GO support, I hope it doesn't take too long as there is currently no other real option.

The native CS:GO map votes are bugged making them useless for anything but the first few maps and the legacy radio menu that SourceMod uses has a number of bugs making it far from ideal for voting.

My server was having crashing problems, and when I removed this it stopped crashing.

Any ideas?

Unfortunately, no. I'm currently working on making a new plugin version of this extension just to get rid of the headaches involved with random crashes in it.

I have since found out the legacy radio menus used by SM are not only badly bugged but also cause the entire server to segfault and crash randomly when used with CS:GO, making them completely unusable for voting. So it looks like there is no other feasible option for voting until BuiltinVotes supports GO.

Lookie what I found:

PHP Code:
new Handle:bf StartMessageOne("VoteSetup"clientUSERMSG_RELIABLE);
BfWriteByte(bf3);
BfWriteString(bf"Welcome to AlliedModders");
BfWriteString(bf"Where everything is about CS:GO");
BfWriteString(bf"And other games don't matter");
EndMessage();
Unfortunately, it appears that it's not possible to manually fill in the "Vote Target" section, as it's filled in by the client automatically for Kick, NextLevel, and ChangeLevel.

Selecting the first vote would cause the client to send this command to the server:

Code:
callvote Welcome to AlliedModders
(notice lack of quotes)

Any ETA on this? Also, will it still be compatible with other plugins (for example, UMC if the coder re-adds support)?
