[CORE] find_player(): flags 'c' + 'l' == no hits

A couple of days ago I put in a request to change the default behavior of find_player() for looking up an auth id from case sensitive to case insensitive. To that end jtp10181 courteously pointed out that I should use the 'l' flag (case insensitivity) together with the 'c' flag to look up an authid case insensitively.
Well, I've been trying out his suggestion. However, I simply couldn't get a match to any STEAM id I threw at find_player(), until, in a moment's insanity, I removed the 'l' flag. Suddenly, find_player() could match auth ids to a given player on the server, case sensitively of course.
Seems as if the case insensitivity flag doesn't work with the auth id flag. Actually, when both are used together, you won't get a hit wether you type the auth id in mixed/lower case or in (correct) upper case.
Regards,
az
